The following students won awards at the Piedmont Region III Science Fair held at USC Upstate. Their projects competed against others from Cherokee, Chester, Lancaster, Spartanburg, Union and York counties. Each student will be recognized at the Piedmont Region III Science Fair Awards Ceremony at USC Upstate on March 24.
Samantha Acker - Honorable Mention in Behavioral Science category
Matt McLeskey - 3rd place in Biology category
Ella Burcklee Lancaster - Honorable Mention in General Science category
Jackson Peeler - Honorable Mention in General Science category
Tyler Camara - Honorable Mention in Math / Computer Science category, Also received the Navy Projects award for the Middle School division
