Starting this year, all sports forms will need to be uploaded directly to PlanetHS/Arbiter Athlete. Directions for creating an account and uploading the forms is included in the sports packets. If you already have an account from last year, you will not need to create a new one. You will not be eligible to participate in any sports conditioning or tryouts here at Gable or Dorman until ALL forms have been uploaded online.
There will NOT be a Physical Day here at Gable like there has been in past years, so all students will be responsible for getting their physicals on their own outside of school. All physicals need to be signed by a doctor after April 1, 2019. If you had a physical before April 1st this year, then it is no longer good for the upcoming school year.
District 6 has arranged physical days at Spartanburg Regional Sports Medicine Institute and Carolina Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Associates. Athletes can come on either day. The cost for either physical is $20 and will go towards funding the Dorman Sports Medicine Program.
